Erica Ciulla, DNP, APNP, FNP-BC

 

Founder & Nurse Practitioner | Health & Wellness Connection

Erica earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh. She began her nursing career in Labor and Delivery, gaining valuable experience at the University of Colorado Hospital and Aspirus Wausau Hospital.

 

With a passion for learning and a desire to make a greater impact on the lives of others, Erica decided to advance her education while raising three young children, who were just 4 years, 2 years, and 3 months old at the time. Through dedication and perseverance, she earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree and became a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner.

 

Erica is committed to lifelong learning and regularly attends professional conferences and continuing education opportunities to stay informed about advancements in healthcare. She believes that providing exceptional care begins with truly listening to her patients, understanding their individual needs, and empowering them with the knowledge to make informed decisions about their health.

 

Her Philosophy on Health & Wellness

Erica believes that true wellness goes beyond treating symptoms. It involves understanding the connection between physical health, emotional well-being, lifestyle choices, and overall quality of life.

In today's fast-paced and often stressful world, making healthy choices can be challenging. Erica is passionate about helping patients identify realistic, sustainable lifestyle changes that can make a meaningful difference in how they feel each day.

Guided by her faith and belief that everyone has a unique purpose, Erica feels that her calling is to help others achieve their fullest potential. She strives to create an environment where patients feel heard, supported, and empowered throughout their healthcare journey.

Outside the Clinic

Erica has been married to her husband, John, since 2008. Together, they have three sons—Jacob, Ethan, and Jaxen—along with their cat, Max, and three goldfish.

When she isn't caring for patients or expanding her medical knowledge, Erica enjoys spending quality time with her family. Whether they are enjoying outdoor activities, traveling, or exploring new destinations, she values making memories and experiencing life together.
